What You Will Do
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements while ensuring compliance and protecting the Company's interests.
- Maintain and update commercial contract templates in line with applicable laws and business needs.
- Handle commercial disputes by providing legal advice, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel, and managing related legal documentation.
- Improve legal operations through AI and technology adoption to enhance efficiency.
- Provide practical legal guidance and compliance support to stakeholders, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.
What You Will Bring to The Role
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel or law firm associate, preferably in the IT or B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial law, with familiarity in PMA and litigation. Knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia regulations or cross-border commercial legal matters is a plus.
- Experience in commercial contracts, intellectual property, employment law, data privacy, and technology-related regulations is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with high integrity and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and government platforms such as OSS and PSE.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta.
