We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to provide legal guidance and support across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and dispute-related matters.
This role is ideal for a legal professional with strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, solid regulatory knowledge, and experience handling both litigation and non-litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements, including partnership agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and employment agreements.
- Manage regulatory and licensing matters and ensure compliance with relevant authorities, including OJK, Bank Indonesia, and KOMINFO.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend appropriate risk-mitigation solutions.
- Handle legal disputes, company litigation, and non-litigation cases.
- Assist with dispute resolution, complaints, and litigation processes when required.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and other relevant parties when necessary.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's business activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of contracts and other legal documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.
- Licensed Advocate is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, Corporate Lawyer, or Legal Associate, preferably within the fintech, banking, financial services, or corporate sector.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, data protection, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong legal analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
