Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as Human Resources (HR) Supervisor is located in Cakung. The HR Supervisor will design and implement development plan in the HR department, plan and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career

progression, promote a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Min bachelor degree in Psychology (Min GPA 3.00) from a reputable university
  • Experienced working as a HR Supervisor for a minimum of 2 year is a must
  • Understanding of remuneration system is a must
  • Strong understanding of HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation & benefits, and labor law compliance
  • Experienced in handling HR operational processes and HR administration
  • Able to work under pressure and handle confidential information professionally
  • Understand KPI systems, performance management, and talent development programs
  • Having a Growth Mindset, Customer Service, and Integrity is a must
  • Excellence communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective decision-making skills
  • Willing to work on site in East Jakarta

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, distribution, FMCG, or technology/computer industry
  • Familiar with KPI systems, performance appraisal, and talent development programs
  • Experience creating SOPs, HR policies, and organizational development initiatives
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, BPJS, PPh21, and attendance management
  • Experience handling recruitment for sales and operational positions
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Certification in HR or related field is a plus (BNSP, CHRP, etc.)
  • Experience using HR analytics or data-driven HR management
  • Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
