Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Clarify the recruitment demandprovide the talent fullfillment solution monitor the recruitment progressensure the recruitment completion within the reasonable expectation.
C&B & Compliance: Supervise payroll administration and attendance tracking; ensure 100% compliance and accuracy.
Performance & Development: Execute performance appraisal systems and identify training gaps to enhance workforce productivity and technical skills.
Labor Relations: Manage employee grievances and maintain a proactive dialogue with the workforce to ensure a stable industrial relations environment.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the HR team, optimizing internal workflows to provide high-quality service to all departments.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of HR experience——all HR functions—Recruitment, C&B, Training, Performance, and Employee Relations, with at least 3 years in a management role within manufacturing industry.
English: Professional proficiencyspeaking/istening/writing/reading
