Job responsibilities:
- Manages all Plant recruitment needs in consultation with HR Director & hiring managers.
- Manages new Plant associate orientation program to integrate new hires
- Manages payroll including processing monthly payroll and reporting
- Manages any expat monthly PIT submission, BPJS and other related matters
- Support in TPM People Pillar process
- Participates in HR projects
- Manage the associates engagement program
- Manages all Plant HR audits
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Develop HR policies and procedures and ensures it's communicated to and understood by all associates and comply to Government legislation and in line with industry norms and practices
- Works closely with HR leaders & local leaders to coordinate training programs that provide Plant associates with value-added outcomes
- Assists with the implementation of learning materials/programs that maximize the potential, performance, and creativity of every Plant associate
- Assists with the assessment of Plant associates developmental needs
- Works closely with HR Leaders to implement Total Rewards strategy
- Obtains and analyzes market data to identify trends; assesses compensation program against external market to ensure the organization remains competitive
- Assists with the management of merit & annual incentive plan programs using Corporate guidelines
- Facilitates Performance & Objectives (P&O) and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for all Plant associates
- Distribution of relevant documentation to managers
- Provide other HR support as relevant
Job Requirement and Education:
- Bachelor or College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economic or Business Administration.
- Has experience in similar industry or manufacturing company.
- Has minimum 5 years of experience in similar level in HR functions.
- Great teamwork player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge & passionate about human resources and working knowledge of the Indonesia Labor Law
- Strong HR Generalist experiences, both in operation and strategy
- Excellent customer service skill
