Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Sourcing - Manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities for the Indonesia Company, including active sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • HR Operations & Administration - Handle daily HR operational tasks, maintain accurate employee records in the HR system, and assist the HR Manager in managing office administrations.
  • Payroll Assistance - Support the processing of monthly payroll, including tracking attendance, benefits administration, and preparing accurate data for local tax and social security contributions.
  • Employee Engagement & Communication - Coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness programs, assist in analyzing people trends, and support the delivery of effective internal communications to drive positive team spirit.
  • Performance & Development Execution - Assist in coordination and tracking of the annual appraisal process, facilitate training logistics, and support the administration of employee development plans.
  • Regional & Project Collaboration - Support the HR Manager in executing regional HR projects and policy rollouts across assigned business units, including coordination across cross-functional and international teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant business or HR discipline.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant HR experience, with a proven track record on talent acquisition/recruitment.
  • Retail, luxury, or E-commerce industry background is highly preferred.
  • Strong execution capabilities with a pragmatic, detailed-oriented, and hands-on work style.
  • Experience and motivation to work in an international and cross-functional environment.
  • Team player actively contributing to a positive team spirit.
  • Passion for sports is a must.
