Job Overview:
This role is a localized senior HR position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, taking charge of comprehensive human resource management for the company's all local Indonesian employees. The incumbent will build and optimize localized HR systems and processes in line with Indonesian labor laws, local cultural characteristics and company global management standards. You will act as the key HR business partner for the Indonesia country team, fully responsible for local talent recruitment, performance management, employee relations, talent development, labor compliance and daily HR operations. This role focuses on stabilizing the local team, improving organizational operation efficiency, optimizing manpower allocation, and supporting the long-term and stable development of the company's overall business in Indonesia market.
Key Responsibilities
:1. Local HR Operation & Complianc
eOwn end-to-end local HR operations and ensure full compliance with Indonesian Manpower Law, BPJS and local employment policies. Manage employment contracts, attendance, personnel files, payroll coordination and government manpower affairs, effectively mitigating company labor risks
.2. Manpower Planning & Recruitmen
tLead local manpower planning and full-position recruitment across sales, operation and functional teams. Optimize local recruitment channels, improve hiring efficiency and talent quality, and deliver standardized onboarding and induction training to enhance new hire integration and retention
.3. Performance & Incentive Managemen
tImplement localized performance management systems and differentiated KPI appraisal mechanisms for diverse job roles. Optimize team incentives, bonus schemes and reward policies to drive team performance, ensure internal fairness and market-competitive compensation
.4. Employee Relations & Team Stabilizatio
nHandle daily employee communication, engagement and conflict resolution. Conduct exit interviews and turnover analysis, resolve employee complaints and labor relation issues, and continuously improve team satisfaction and overall workforce stability
.5. Talent Development & Capability Buildin
gBuild localized training systems for multi-level employees. Organize professional and managerial training, develop local talent pipelines, and upgrade overall team competence and organizational capability
.6. HR Analytics & Global Alignmen
tResponsible for local HR data analysis (manpower structure, turnover, cost, performance) and regular HR reporting. Align local HR execution with global group policies and support regional business decisions
