Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, maintaining positive employee relations, and supporting business operations through effective people management. The role requires strong knowledge of industrial relations, HR operations, payroll review, manpower management, and HR compliance within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company regulations.
- Provide recommendations and solutions on HR-related matters to management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
- Build and maintain positive relationships between employees and management.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance on employment regulations and industrial relations matters.
- Support management in maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Review payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee attendance, leave administration, and employee benefits.
- Monitor outsourced manpower administration, including security, cleaning service, and other support functions.
Compliance, Audit & HSE
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR matters.
- Collaborate with HSE teams to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Promote awareness of K3/HSE standards within the organization.
People Management
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the HR team.
- Ensure effective workload distribution and team development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
Facilities & General Affairs Support
- Oversee general affairs activities, including office and facility management.
- Coordinate maintenance and operational support related to company facilities and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory HR role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience handling Industrial Relations (IR) and employee relations matters.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and HR administration.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of HSE/K3 regulations and compliance.
- Experience supporting HR audits and compliance initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing outsourced manpower.
- Exposure to General Affairs and facility management.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide practical HR recommendations aligned with business needs.
