Human Resources Manager

Company Description

Infinity Trade Mineral is a growing mineral trading company specializing in the sourcing, trading, and distribution of mineral commodities across Indonesia. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager to build and strengthen our HR foundation, people processes, and organizational capabilities.

Role Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and HR procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, and HR administration.
• Support payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
• Drive performance management and KPI implementation.
• Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
• Maintain and improve HR reporting, records, and data management using Excel and Google Workspace.
• Partner with management to support business growth and future expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Experience handling multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
• Experience building HR systems, policies, and processes in a growing organization is highly preferred.
• Experience in trading, logistics, mining services, or mining-related industries is an advantage.
