The ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions and partner closely with the organization on strategic people initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing HR operations by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and best practices with a strong focus on payroll administration and compensation & benefits management.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new hires.
- Execute performance management processes and provide coaching/feedback to managers and employees.
- Manage payroll processes, including attendance validation, salary calculation, statutory contributions, tax compliance, and payroll reporting.
- Administer compensation & benefits (comben) programs, including salary structure, allowances, insurance, and employee benefits.
- Ensure HR operations comply with company policies, labor regulations, and audit standards.
- Support HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Strong recruiting skills and proven ability to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in training and supporting managers and employees.
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and compensation & benefits administration.
- Excellent organizational, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
