Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Management or related major
• Min 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Having experience in B2B distribution/ retail/ consumer goods companies is an advantage
• Deep understanding in talent management, organizational development, employee engagement
• Strong analytical and creative thinking
• Good in English, both written and speaking
• Willing to travel if needed
