[Student Trainee Program]
Student Trainee Program is a special internship program that aim to give opportunities to learn directly to people who have experience in the role you aspire to, and their knowledge of the job and working environment will give you a greater understanding of what it's all about and what you need to do to progress.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and update job descriptions & organizational structures.
- Support KPI setting and performance evaluation processes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Assist in employee relations, training, and development initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day HR support and maintain HR records.
Requirements
- Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Management, or related field and willing to learn about tech-industry field.
- Strong understanding of HR functions (job description, KPIs, recruitment, people development).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work as team.
- Willing to work hybrid in Jakarta.
