Internship Overview

This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of two core HR functionsPerformance Management (PM) and Organizational Development (OD). Interns will be assigned to projects in either areas depending on team needs and intern qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management (PM):

• Assist in the monitoring and follow-up of employee performance evaluations and KPI achievement
• Support the development and improvement of performance appraisal systems and documentation
• Help compile and analyze performance data to support strategic HR decision-making
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for HR and leadership

Organizational Development (OD):

• Assist in the planning and implementation of OD programs and initiatives.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices in organization development and change management.
• Assist in compiling reports and analyzing data related to talent and organizational performance

Qualifications

• Active Student from: Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or other relevant majors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); data analysis skills are a plus
• Willing to be placed at Jatiuwung, Tangerang
