HSE Manager

HSE Manager needed for a Major Offshore Wind Developer in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Plan and site-specific procedures.
• Lead daily HSE briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.
• Monitor fabrication and assembly activities to ensure compliance with project HSE standards, client requirements, and local regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to ensure alignment with HSE expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of HSE performance, incidents, and corrective measures.
• Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and dashboards to project leadership and the client.
• Drive behavioural safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure emergency response plans are in place, tested, and communicated to all personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in offshore fabrication, shipyard, or heavy industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, etc.).
• Experience in offshore substations, topsides, or module fabrication (highly desirable).
• Professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, First Aid, Fire Safety).
• Strong leadership, communication, and incident management skills.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
