Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policy, programs, and procedures.
Support Warehouse Operations regarding Safety and Minimum Safety Standards (MSS) to achieve Zero Accidents.
Integrate Health, Safety & Environment assurance in all projects, bridging and aligning HSE DSC standards with HSE Procedure standards and implementation at workplaces.
Act as an interface between operations and the Effective Operations Department.
Ensure and support operations in complying with HSE requirements and regulations in all coverage areas.
Be responsible and accountable for supporting operations to achieve HSE Warehouse Operations KPIs.
Integrate Health, Safety, and Environment assurance in all coverage areas.
Actively and effectively interface between operations and the Operations Department.
Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years work experience in HSE role within a Logistics Supply Chain company or Safety Management.
Have knowledge in the field of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or Mechanical Electrical in the warehousing process business
Familiarity with ALARP methodology, incident investigation, and risk assessment.
Expert in managing risk management, analyzing potential hazards of work accidents and work-related diseases, and experienced in implementing occupational health and safety (K3) organizations in the work area.
Experience in a Logistics Supply Chain company is an advantage.
Fair understanding of analyzing HSE data, HSE communication skills, and knowledge of local/international regulations and local culture.
Accustomed to making work reports and presentations to management both individually and in teams.
Minimum Diploma degree in any discipline, preferably in Occupational Safety and Health or Environmental/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Certified AK3 Umum (HSE General Expert) or equivalent, and AK3 Listrik (HSE Electrical Expert).
Certified in ISO 45001 & ISO 45001 Internal Auditor.
Certified in Basic First Aid & Basic Fire Fighter.
