Health, Safety and Environment Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess Bachelor&aposs Degree in Occupational Health & Safety/Environment Engineering.
• Having minimum 7-10 year of working experiences in related field.
• Having SMKP Auditor (Mandatory), AK3 Umum License, , AK3 Migas will be an advantage, SMK3.
• Knowledgeable on tender process, CSMS
• Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 17020 will be advantage.
• Capable for creating and reviewing of HIRADC, IADL and Investigation.
• Good Leadership, Communication, Interpersonal Skill and Fast-Learner.
• Able to work independently and in a team, neat and detail oriented.
• Work location : Head Office, West Jakarta.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies in line with legal requirements and company standards
• Develop strategies to minimize or eliminate risks in the workplace and conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards
• Organize and provide training for employees on safety practices, emergency procedures, and environmental policies
• Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities in maintaining a safe work environment
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement corrective actions
• Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios, such as fires, chemical spills, or natural disasters
• Oversee the companys environmental impact, including waste management, pollution control, and resource conservation
• Prepare reports on safety performance, incidents, and compliance status for senior management
• Lead initiatives to continuously improve health, safety, and environmental performance
