We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Health Safety Environment Specialist to be based in our Jakarta HQ for an exciting ambitious project in Jabodetabek.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate HSE programs across four industrial areas under simultaneous development, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and global best practices.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies and initiatives to continuously improve safety performance and environmental sustainability.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, safety audits, and compliance checks to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal project teams, contractors, and government agencies to drive HSE excellence and foster a culture of accountability and safety awareness.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on HSE performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Deliver training, awareness sessions, and guidance to employees and contractors to strengthen organizational HSE capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and familiarity with international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, etc.).
- Proven experience in managing HSE across multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, AK3U, SMK3 Auditor) is highly desirable.
