Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Operation / Director Forestry, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Head Operation / Director Forestry will oversee daily operations associated with forestry projects, ensuring optimal performance and compliance. Responsibilities include managing teams, analyzing operational efficiency, creating and managing budgets, and ensuring effective communication across all levels. The role calls for strategic planning and execution to meet organizational and environmental goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management and Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Team Management and effective Communication
• Strong Budgeting skills
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Experience in forestry or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
