Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Head Cashier, located in ULUWATU Bali, Indonesia. The Head Cashier will be responsible for overseeing daily cashier operations, ensuring accurate cash handling, processing transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the cash register. Additional tasks include training cashier staff, maintaining a clean and organized work area, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Experience in cash handling, transaction processing, and financial accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to train, supervise, and motivate cashier staff
• Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
