This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee and Industrial Relation Section Head, located in Indonesia. The Employee and Industrial Relation Section Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing employee and labor relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing employee grievances, and facilitating effective communication between management and staff. Other tasks include negotiating with labor unions, developing and implementing HR policies, conducting investigations, and handling disciplinary actions.

• Experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, and Labor Union Negotiations
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance
• Skills in Conflict Resolution, Mediation, and Investigation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
