Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources, located in Tanjung Priok. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR management, establishing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace environment. Daily tasks will include developing strategic HR plans, managing staff performance, handling recruitment processes, and addressing employee concerns, handling employee engagements, and CSR.

This role will also overlook HR, GA, Regulatory and compliance, IT and Health and safety.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Skills in Employee Relations
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Law
• Prior experience in a senior HR role is a must
• Experience in handling unions
• Understanding of manufacturing business is a plus
