This is a contract on-site role for the Head of the Hostess Team, located in Bali, Indonesia. The Head of the Hostess Team will oversee daily operations of the hostess team, manage reservations, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, coordinating seating arrangements, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and communication with guests.

• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bali, Indonesia
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
