Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Head Retail (Mandarin Speaking) located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Business Development Head will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, analyzing market trends, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, overseeing business development initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve targets.

• Experience in Sales and Account Management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin and English
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
