Quality Director (open to expats)

Have a permanent role available as a 'Quality Director' in Raya Bogor, East Jakarta. My client is a global MNC.

Ideally looking for an expat to fill this role

BUDGET: up to IDR 90m gross x 13 months plus bonuses

HIGH LEVEL DETAILS:

• Must speak good English and some Bahasa (a work visa is provided)
• Reports to a VP
• Lead a team of 30+ so you must have strong leadership skills
• Oversee the Quality organization so you must have good experience in QA and QC
• Must have a good manufacturing background (i.e. GMP) + understands product development
• Regional stakeholder management
• Industries: ideally comes from either FMCG/personal care, beauty/cosmetics, chemicals, manufacturing, pharma, packaging or similar (i.e. B2B)
• SOFT SKILLS: good interpersonal skills, stakeholder mgmt at all levels, open-minded, able to build positive relationships, gets things done, strategic mindset, results-oriented, enjoys being a coach/mentor
