Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any related major
  • Have a minimum of a year of experience in quantitative and qualitative research, testing, and data management for a new product launch of a brand (Fresh graduates with internship experiences are welcome!)
  • Passionate about beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
  • Strong in analytical and critical thinking
  • Skilled in data entry, tabulation, and basic data processing (Excel/Google Sheets)

Responsibilities:

The Job is to conduct Panelist Assessment on Product Prototype of Brand Innovation with focus on providing possible claims for the Innovation SKU's. Its project by project work which align to Innovation Project by Brand. The scope of work include :

  • Interactions with Product Management team to understand what innovations key benefits, and ingredients that lead to expected brand's deliverable that shape the perception to consumers
  • Design questionnaires and research tools aligned with project requirements
  • Initiate recruitment of panelist with agreed criteria (internal and especially external panelist)
  • Coordinate product prototype distribution to panelists and ensure proper usage guidance
  • Conduct interviews and collect feedback through surveys, discussions, or other research methods
  • Perform data tabulation, analysis, and interpretation to generate actionable insights
  • Prepare and deliver research reports for the Product Management team
