Lead and oversee the companys Fixed Income division, including sales, trading, and distribution activities.
Develop and execute business strategies to grow fixed income revenue, market share, and client base.
Manage relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients, providing advisory on government bonds, corporate bonds, and other fixed income products.
Monitor market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and regulatory developments to anticipate opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with research, risk management, investment banking, and compliance teams to ensure integrated business execution.
Oversee portfolio strategies, product structuring, and investment solutions to meet client objectives.
Ensure compliance with OJK regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of fixed income professionals.
Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and regulatory engagements.
Drive innovation in fixed income offerings, including new products and digital distribution channels.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1012 years of experience in Fixed Income (sales, trading, portfolio management), with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of fixed income products, capital market dynamics, and macroeconomic environment.
Strong track record in managing and growing institutional client relationships.
Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Solid understanding of regulatory framework (OJK) and compliance requirements.
Mandatory capital market licenses: WPPE, WMI, and/or WPEE.
