About the RolePT MNC Sekuritas, one of Indonesias leading securities companies and part of MNC Group, is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Head of Research to lead its Equity Research Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality research output, providing strategic insights, and supporting both institutional and retail clients with in-depth market analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Research Division and oversee the production of high-quality equity and sectoral research reports.
- Develop and implement research strategies aligned with the companys vision and market positioning.
- Provide timely investment recommendations and market insights to clients, management, and sales teams.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends, capital markets, industry developments, and company performance.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all research publications.
- Represent PT MNC Sekuritas in media, seminars, and industry events as a thought leader.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the research team to deliver consistent and impactful analysis.
Qualifications- Minimum Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (Masters degree/CFA is a strong plus).
- At least 810 years of experience in equity research, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and equity/sector analysis.
- Excellent understanding of Indonesian capital markets and OJK regulations.
- Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to lead a team and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
