Job Description Guest Relations & Sales
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Guest Relations & Sales Executive to join our restaurant
team. This role combines hospitality, sales, and relationship-building, focusing on creating strong
partnerships with neighboring hotels, companies, and organizations to drive group bookings, private
functions, and exclusive dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be both customer-oriented and
target-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximizing sales
opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for VIPs, group organizers, and business partners.
- Ensure all guestsespecially corporate and group clientsenjoy a memorable and seamless
dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and
loyalty.
Sales & Partnerships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with neighboring hotels, offering their guests special
dining promotions and packages.
- Identify and target corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies to secure contracts for
group dinners, business lunches, and private functions.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and group booking deals.
- Design and promote special offers, set menus, and packages tailored for companies, tour groups,
and events.
Business Development
- Proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Collaborate with the restaurant marketing team to create promotional campaigns that drive hotel
guest and corporate traffic.
- Attend local business events, networking sessions, and hospitality gatherings to represent the
restaurant and build visibility.
Reporting & Targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for group bookings and corporate partnerships.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance, and provide management with updates on business
opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality sales, guest relations, or business development (restaurant or
hotel industry preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication in English (other languages are an advantage).
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and maintain strong professional relationships.
