We are seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Officer to join our team. This role will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience while delivering strong administrative support to clinic and laboratory activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and capable of handling both patient interactions and back-office tasks with accuracy and care.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and callers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring their needs are identified and directed appropriately.
- Provide accurate information, respond to non-confidential inquiries, and handle minor concerns or complaints with care.
- Schedule, confirm, and record patient appointments for laboratory and clinic procedures.
- Educate patients on preparation requirements and specimen collection procedures when needed.
- Process patient payments, verify transaction accuracy, and prepare daily sales reports for the Finance Department.
- Support and promote clinic and laboratory services to enhance patient experience and contribute to company growth.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and ensure cleanliness and order in the reception and discharge areas.
- Obtain laboratory and clinic requests, operate office equipment, and provide administrative support as required.
- Collect, compile, and analyze information or data for both routine and special reports as instructed.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as Customer Service, Admin, or Front Desk in a Medical Clinic or related field.
- Good communication skills in English (preferred).
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
