Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Booking Specialist located in Denpasar. The Booking Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including managing reservations, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with property managers, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role involves maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and resolving any issues that arise during the booking process.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Reservation Management and Coordination
• Proficiency in using Booking System Software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
