Provide high-level (C-level & Executive) administrative support in traveling matters. Requires discretion, confidentiality, and detailed knowledge of the travel&aposs operations and procedures.
Make local & overseas travel arrangements to make the best use of executive time & preferences.
May have access to handle third parties or direct principal such travel agent, hotel, airlines etc.
Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the executive&aposs records and files.
Design seamless multi-city travel plans based on personal preferences.
Secure high-end hotels, suites, or residences with required amenities (private gyms, spas, or workspaces).
Book flights (commercial or private), rental cars, and chauffeur services.
Provide updates on flight changes, delays, or emergencies.
Arrange restaurant reservations, spa treatments, event access, and local experiences.
Manage travel costs, loyalty programs, and reimbursement reports.
Assist with lost luggage, visa issues, or urgent rebooking needs.
Qualifications
Minimum education: SMK/Diplomas Degree in Tourism
Proven experience in luxury travel planning, personal assisting, or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of high-end accommodations, private travel, and concierge services.
Familiarity with booking platforms ( GDS systems, etc.).
Excellent communication skills.
Tech-savvy with experience in travel apps, GPS tools, and flight trackers.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
Must be fluent in English, verbal and written
Able to use Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
