Kozystay is a fast-growing high-end hospitality technology start-up focusing on the next generation guests (e.g. Airbnb, extended stay). We currently manage hundreds of high-end villas and apartments across Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, and Tangerang.
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor & Organize Reviews: Daily check & log reviews from platforms like Airbnb &Google, categorizing sentiment
- Respond to Guests: Craft personalized, professional, and timely replies (24-hour goal), addressing both praise & concerns calmly
- Analyze & Report: Help create reports on review trends, ratings, and top feedback, suggesting operational improvements
- Collaborate: Coordinate with other teams (operation/marketing) to address issues and highlight positive reviews
Requirements:
- You&aposre currently studying Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- You have excellent written English skills and can write clear, empathetic responses
- You&aposre super organized and pay close attention to details
- You can work independently and respond quickly
- You have a calm and positive attitude, even when dealing with negative feedback
- You&aposre a team player and enjoy collaborating with others
