Job Description
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview, onboarding)
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
- Plan & prepare an assessment, event for learning and development
- Administrate employee database and company document
- Monitor employee performance and make report to stakeholder
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Dota player with min MMR 3000, or Mobile Legends player with min Rank Mythic/Legend, or experience in more complex games.
Requirement
- Fresh Graduate/Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Preferably have experience in Human Resource
- Communicative and love to meet people regularly; bright and extraverted person
- Experienced in managing event, maintain people relation, conduct assessment is a plus
- Willing to WFO in Jakarta Office (Mon-Fri, 9AM - 6PM)
