What You'll Do:

As a Finance Controller Staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, control, and compliance across our business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to take ownership of financial processes in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity while supporting strategic decision-making. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Monitor invoice payments and ensure submission timelines comply with finance procedures
  • Create and submit payment request forms with complete and accurate supporting documents
  • Record journal entries and ensure correct cost allocation based on channel and brand budgeting
  • Organize vendor billing documents and maintain proper financial documentation in Odoo
  • Ensure all sales transactions are accurately recorded in the Odoo system
  • Update monthly promotional pricing and review daily store transactions for promo accuracy
  • Identify and verify payment gateway transactions and match them with bank statements
  • Record bank receipt journals of website and service payment transactions and perform monthly reconciliation.
  • Monitor petty cash balances, process disbursements, and maintain usage records
  • Ensure documentation completeness and compliance with finance SOPs
  • Reject or follow up on payment requests that do not meet required standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance/accounting
  • Basic understanding in using accounting systems for recording transactions, monitoring budgets, and supporting financial reporting.
  • Perform basic accounting tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, and documentation control.
  • Familiar with financial statements analysis (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet)
  • Capable of handling administrative financial tasks (document filing, data entry, audit support)
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in financial documentation and data validation
  • Able to coordinate with cross-department teams regarding financial data and supporting documents
  • Possess Brevet A & B certification is a plus
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willing to work WFO in Kelapa Gading
  • Available to join immediately is a plus
