Reconciliation Specialist

Perform reconciliation, monitoring, and reporting of 92 Chart of Accounts (COA) (including intermediary accounts, other receivable accounts, and other payable accounts) used in credit card, debit card, and unsecured loan (personal loan) businesses. This includes credit card billing and unsecured loan transactions (both on-balance sheet and off-balance sheet), covering customer transaction activities, installment transactions, and credit card transactions used in e-commerce and other channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in reconciliation, finance operations, or banking operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes.
• Experience in banking systems, payment systems, and general ledger reconciliation is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
• Good understanding of banking products (loans, deposits, payments, treasury products).
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reconciliation tools/systems.
