Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes with strong governance and compliance to accounting standards
- Ensure robust internal controls and financial discipline to safeguard company assets and support business growth
- Provide strategic insights through in-depth financial analysis, including performance review, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations
- Oversee end-to-end tax compliance (VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax), ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all filings
- Act as the key liaison with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business strategy
- Optimize accounting systems and processes, including collaboration with IT to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Manage general ledger integrity, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial adjustments
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing FAT team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Partner with senior management to drive financial performance and support strategic initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, with a proven managerial track record
- Background from Big 4 Accounting Firms will be a strong advantage
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS), and internal controls
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting systems, with experience in Accurate preferred or other ERP systems
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
