Responsibilities:
- Developed cash collection forecasts and tracked overdue accounts to minimize bad debt exposure.
- Supported cost optimization initiatives and provided financial analysis for route-to-market strategies (e.g., Parahub, multi-warehouse expansion).
- Monitored financial operations via dashboard reporting, ensured SOP compliance, and identified fraud risks while supporting audit processes.
- Conducted sales performance analysis covering revenue, margins, and promotional activities.
- Managed pricing and credit control processes to safeguard profitability.
- Assessed risks for event-based sales and third-party payment arrangements.
- Analyzed and controlled inventory performance (aging, turnover, stock accuracy, shrinkage) to optimize working capital.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus)
- 3-5 years of experience in finance role
- Strong analytical thinking skills in operationall finance
- Understanding of distribution, sales, and inventory processes
- Have knowledge of internal audist and risk awareness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a cross-functional business partner
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
