This role will be responsible for developing a profitable and high-quality loan portfolio through targeted marketing efforts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring credit quality and compliance throughout the lending process.
What You Will Do:
- Achieve business targets as set by management.
- Maintain and ensure the quality of the credit portfolio.
- Handle end-to-end credit processes in accordance with internal procedures.
- Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with SME customers.
What You Need to Have:
- Bachelors degree (S1) in a relevant field.
- 35 years of experience in SME sales/relationship management with a strong track record and good reputation.
- Strong ability to build trust, collaborate effectively across teams, maintain high-quality standards, and manage work efficiently to meet business goals.
