Job Summary

Be a strategic resource to implement identified Finance objectives in close collaboration with other Functions and businesses., Effective relationship management with all stakeholders., Provides valuable insights to the leadership to achieve identified growth and compliance objectives. Perform finance-related activities related to Financial Accounting, Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Group Re, Planning, FinOps and Performance Management., Ensure that all tasks and procedures are completed to achieve key business objectives., Efficient stakeholder management internally and externally.,

Job Requirements

• Min.5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with hands-on exposure to financial accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, planning, and performance management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CFA are a strong advantage
• Proven ability to deliver strategic financial insights and collaborate across functions to support business growth, compliance, and decision-making
• Strong command of finance operations, including ledger tasks, accounts receivable/payable, budgeting, forecasting, and ICFR compliance
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle), Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) experience with automation technologies is highly valued

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

Finance Business Partner plays significant role in PPM as this role will support head of ppm on:

• Business partnering task:
  • Assessment of project and program
  • Monitoring profit results across Segments: Channels-LoBs, share insights and to follow up the actions
• Planning & Forecast:
  • Provide inputs on target and assumptions based on the understanding of current portfolio
  • Alignment across departments, mainly with Channels and Underwriters
• Monthly/Quarterly tasks: prepare analysis on results (GWP and UW results) by segments
• Deliver analysis through presentation slides
