Job Description:
As the FAT Senior Manager, you will be responsible
for the company's financial health, accuracy, and compliance so the business can operate and grow sustainably. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient management of our company's finances, accounting, and tax including
handling a cashflow of more than 600 billion per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Manage and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with the owner to develop and execute strategic financial plans.
- Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Proven experience in handling a cashflow of more than 600 billion per month.
- Must be willing to be based in North Jakarta (PIK / Pluit).
- Excellent knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and highly adaptable.
- Experience working with company owners will be a plus.
