Qualifications
- Degree qualified (Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline).
- 10–15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience, including senior management roles with full business accountability within Fragrance or Personal Care (Mandatory).
- Demonstrated full P&L ownership, with strong expertise in revenue growth, margin optimization, financial forecasting, annual business planning, and ROI-driven investment management.
- Exposure to R&D or product innovation (fragrance development, formulation, or working with labs/perfumers).
- Strong ability to define and execute end-to-end brand and commercial strategies, aligning brand positioning with market opportunities.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing cross-functional teams (Brand, CRM, Sales, Operations).
Responsibilities
- Brand & Commercial Strategy: Responsible for developing and executing overall commercial strategy to drive revenue, profitability, and market share, with full P&L accountability.
- Fragrance Product Development (R&D): Oversee end-to-end fragrance development, translating consumer insights and market trends into commercially viable products.
- Consumer & Market Insights: Analyze consumer behavior and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions across product and marketing.
- Marketing & Brand Building: Lead integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Team Leadership & HQ Alignment: Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment to support business objectives.
