What You Will Experience:
- Generate and grow business from national key accounts by leveraging multiple sales approaches, including strategic presentations, commercial negotiations, business reviews, and corporate level engagement.
- Lead sales forecasting at the national level, develop creative sales models and account strategies, and continuously assess their impact and effectiveness.
- Evaluate key customers organizational capabilities, commercial needs, and growth potential to build sustainable, long-term, and value-driven partnerships.
- Conduct thorough key account research, identify new business opportunities, generate sales leads, and ensure strong execution and follow through.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management using financial and statistical data.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field
- At least 8 years of working experience in the related field with strong Key Account / NKAM FMCG background
- Have a good relation/channel with Hypermarket/Supermarket/Modern market and able to maintain
- Strong capability in sales forecasting, business analysis, and commercial negotiations
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Placement in Jakarta
