Work you'll do:
This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sales and delivery of SAP solutions.
- This individual is a trusted advisor to Deloitte sales teams and provides subject matter expertise in SAP solutions.
- Lead technical deep dive conversations with current and prospective customers Understand the needs of client and connect them to a set of SAP products/solutions provided by Deloitte.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to internal and external audiences.
- Must be able to present effectively in front of large groups, both technically and non-technically oriented audiences, and including C-level decision makers.
- He/she must be able to help Deloitte Consulting teams to craft the right SAP technology solutions for a given project, and support the teams to sell the solution to clients.
- Grow industry-related value propositions in proposals, and conduct discussions with senior management in the industry to drive services sales.
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs (Request For Information)/RFPs (Request For Proposal) etc.
- This role is critical to driving and managing the sales process, working in conjunction with sales and Deloitte Consulting practice personnel.
- Support Deloitte sales teams throughout the Sales process for the SAP Technology platform.
- Manage functional stream and drive the presales and implementation of SAP solutions
- Constantly keeping the SAP team abreast with the latest SAP product enhancements and developments.
- Implementation Project Team members are supported and receive clear directions on function and design of information systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Manage functional post go live support if needed

Requirements:
If you are someone with:
- A good honours Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
- More than 10 years of functional, pre-sales, product demos experience in SAP Products
- Strong understanding in SAP implementation projects
- Strong product knowledge in SAP
- Adequate higher education and SAP certifications to justify experience.
- Proven track record of success to generate leads with an application software vendor or a major professional services firm.
- Proven success presenting technology as business solution and able to position broad spectrum of professional service offerings.
- Able to deliver effective presentations or demonstrations in time constrained situations.
- Ability to implement the most advanced product features thorough knowledge of system and application design.
- Local experience of working in the SAP ecosystem and strong knowledge of service industry terminology, systems and market segmentation.
- Possess a good network with prospects and partners.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities and superior presentation skills in a local or multi-cultural environment.
- Strong entrepreneurial skills with high energy and motivation levels.
- Possess exemplary communication and customer service skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques.
- Ability to work independently or in team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
