About the Role

eCEOs Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead market expansion and strategic sales initiatives in Indonesia. The role involves developing new business opportunities, building strong enterprise relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company's digital and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the company's presence in Indonesia.
  • Identify and pursue new enterprise clients, strategic partnerships, and government opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Track and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
  • Mentor and guide junior business development executives where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within IT services, digital transformation, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesia business ecosystem and enterprise sales landscape.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing large deals.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with regional technology service providers or consulting firms.
  • Strong network within enterprise, government, or large corporate sectors in Indonesia.
  • Experience with solution selling for digital transformation or enterprise IT projects.
