We are Hiring Project Based for QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
- Perform quantity take-offs and verify contractor claims and progress payments
- Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns or savings opportunities
- Administer contracts, including variation orders, claims, and change management processes
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and vendor quotations
- Prepare and submit cost reports, financial summaries, and project forecasts
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, company procedures, and industry standards
- Support procurement processes by providing cost analysis and commercial input
- Collaborate with project teams (engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure cost efficiency
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to contracts and project costs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in oil & gas, EPC,
- Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control processes
- Familiarity with project management and cost control software
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry practices
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
