Estimator Supervisor

Job Description :

• Conduct site surveys for new outlet openings
• Prepare a complete list of job details based on the design
• Calculate the volume of each work item (Bill of Quantity)
• Prepare cost analysis for each work item, including raw material costs (Owner Estimate)
• Coordinate with Civil Engineering, Drafter/Designer, Sitac, Project Development, and Purchasing teams
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports on estimator activities and provide analysis of the ongoing work progress

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering / Architect or similar
• 1-2 year experience in relevant role
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to speak both Bahasa and English
• Familiar with data, as well as using Microsoft Excel
