Qualifications

1. Associate (D3) or Bachelor&aposs (S1) degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural Engineering, or other relevant fields.
2. AutoCAD or other design software training certification is a plus.
3. Minimum 13 years of experience as a drafter in construction, manufacturing, or technical installation projects.
4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have a strong portfolio and proficiency in design software.
5. Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or others relevant to the engineering field.
6. Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under deadlines.
7. Capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

1. Create technical drawings (shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed drawings) based on technical specifications, sketches, or instructions from engineers or architects.
2. Use CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar) to design and modify engineering drawings accurately and in accordance with industry standards.
3. Ensure all drawings comply with applicable technical standards, project specifications, and regulations, including SNI or international standards (ISO, IEC, etc.).
4. Coordinate with the engineering team, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and revise drawings as needed.
5. Update drawings based on design revisions or results from on-site coordination.
6. Organize and archive all technical drawings properly to ensure easy access by the project team.
7. Support the technical team in planning and developing products or technical installations, including providing input from a drawing and design perspective.
8. Perform on-site measurements (if required) to ensure data accuracy for drawing production.
9. Provide visual and technical documentation support during fabrication, installation, or construction processes.
10. Ensure drawing deliverables are completed according to the project timeline and work efficiently to support smooth project execution.
