Manage the daily operation of TikTok Shop, shopee and other multi-platform self-owned e-commerce, including but not limited to product shelves, inventory management, order processing and customer service;
Analysis of sales data and consumer behaviour, optimize product display and improve conversion rate;
Plan and execute promotional activities, work closely with content creation team to increase brand exposure and sales;
Expand and maintain Affiliate Partner business, including reddit contact and cooperation, to ensure the smooth running of reddit marketing activities;
Track the latest market trends and competitor dynamics, and propose innovative marketing strategies and product promotion plans;
Maintain good communication with TikTok, shopee e-commerce platform AM, keep abreast of the latest resource pool and strategies, and improve the overall performance of shops and Affiliate Partner business.
Position Requirements:
With more than 2 year e-commerce experience in Indonesia market: including but not limited to shopee, tiktok shop;
Specific on-site and off-site advertising investment flow work experience;
Fluent English communication skills, able to communicate effectively with international teams and customers, knowledge of Chinese language is preferred;
In-depth understanding of Indonesian culture and market, familiar with social media trends, consumer behaviour and celebrity marketing;
Good data analysis and strategic planning skills, able to insight opportunities and drive sales growth.
