We are looking for an E-commerce Website Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels, with a strong focus on optimizing promotional campaigns, enhancing customer experience, ensuring smooth end-to-end ecommerce operations, and driving revenue through website and marketplace platforms.
Responsibility:
- Manage company website platforms to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and provide strategic improvement recommendations.
- Control promotional, advertising, and sales-related activity costs.
- Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns aligned with company strategies.
- Develop and oversee customer journey as well as marketing content (banners, blasts, campaigns) across platforms.
- Manage social media exposure and schedule broadcast messages to customers regarding ongoing promotional campaigns.
- Analyze customer reviews, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and ensure product availability, regular price updates, and timely order processing in line with SLA.
- Propose and develop new website features or campaigns to increase traffic and sales.
- Manage product bundling by preparing SKUs and ensuring website systems and features are properly aligned to support it
- Review and validate 3PL data against company records and prepare order reports.
- Monitor Meta and Google ads performance for boost sales and traffic
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce especially website
- Experience in retail or mother & baby industry will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of digital trend analysis.
- Familiar with digital marketing and Google Analytics, Meta and Google ads
- Understanding of website backend or chat/web system is a plus.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong skills in collaboration, communication, analytical thinking, and decision making
- Willingness to work on site in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara.
