Develop and execute sales strategies for our website and marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
Oversee ads, affiliate programs, e-commerce activities, live streaming and CRM strategies.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to improve performance.
Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, and inventory.
Coordinate with the marketing team on advertising and promotions.
Manage relationships with external partners and logistics.
Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Create regular reports on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
Ensure optimal stock availability with the production team.
This position is located in Gading Serpong.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor&aposs degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, particularly in online sales supervision and strategy.
In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) as well as the algorithms used by each platform.
Profound knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads.
Skills in negotiation and relationship management with third parties such as vendors, logistics providers, etc.
Good problem-solving abilities, especially in operational issues.
